We have the equipment to do a whole range of outdoor blasting. We have a portable generator and blast
pot, ladders and safety equipment.

We can Shotblast a wide range of items here and we have different methods and materials to accomodate the
job. The blasting equipment we have is a large blast room with a high capacity blast pot for heavy duty work, hand cabinets
for light and fragile work, and a rotor blaster for large quantity heavy duty work. The materials we use for blasting are
glass bead, aluminium oxide, sand and G20 iron shot.

Powder coating.
We can powder coat almost anything providing it will fit in our oven (length 6m
width 3m height 2.15m).

Radiator Work.
We can do the complete overhaul of cast iron radiators from start to finish.
We start by blasting the radiator back to cast iron. Once blasted we can add or remove sections depending on the customer
specification. When the radiator has been altered and re bushed we fill it with water and pressure test to 6 bar for
12 hours to ensure no cracks or leaks. If the radiator is leaking we have the tools and materials needed and spare sectons
to repair the radiator. Once repaired we can then powder coat the radiator to the colour of your choice.
Teflon Coating.
This range of products is used both for its decorative and friction reducing properties.
We coat equipment used in the food production industries and catering trades as well as many automotive and engineering
applications.
The products are particularly useful when applied to bolts and studs due to its corrosion resistance and lower energy
cost to tighten up when using power tools.
